Covert Procurement will assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from ourselves. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please present a tax invoice or receipt so we can provide a refund to you
The return goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
Tax invoices and receipts must be valid
All refunds will be provided back to the original purchase method. I.e. credit card refunds must be processed back onto a credit card
We will accept product returns and will provide you with a refund, repair or replacement where:
The product is not fit for purpose
The product does not meet its description
The product is faulty and not of acceptable quality
